The admission committee formulates the admission policy in accordance with the rules laid down by the system. To apply for admission, the student should have passed the last class/grade. Students waiting for the results will also be entertained. Such students, if selected in admission process, will be granted provisional admission. These admissions will automatically stand cancelled if such candidates fail to attain the required criteria.
Admission Procedure:
- Parents meet the Information Officer.
- The information officer gives a brief introduction of Preston Education System.
- Asks about the age of the child and prospective date of admission.
- Parents pay non refundable Registration Fee according to the fee structure at the time of registration.
- Original Receipt is issued to the parents.
- Parents are given:
• Interview Date
• Fee Receipt (Original)
• Prospectus Charges Cash Receipt
• News Letter (if any)
• Admission formalities brochure - Original Receipt is issued to the parents.
- Name of the student is entered in the Registration Register
- Test of the child and interview with both the parents (if possible) on the given date & time takes place.
- Result is finalized within a week of the test & displayed on the notice board. Parents are informed about the further formalities.
- The Branch prepares the Admission Challan payable by a certain due date.
- On receipt of payment, parents are given:
• Interview Date
• Admission Order. (Original)
• Book List.
• Uniform List.
• Welcome Letter.
Minimum age limits:
Specific age is not defined, however age should be commensurate with the class in which admission is sought.
List of documents to be submitted along with the application form:
Character Certificate from the head of institution last attended (for college only)
Marks certificate (Original)
12 recent passport size photographs of the student
Photocopy of CNIC of Parents / Guardian
A student coming from the Board other than Hyderabad Board must submit migration certificate and eligibility certificate.
The student seeking admission in class XII must submit T.C and permission letter from B.I.S.E Hyderabad.
Admissions are offered as per merit on the bases of test and interview. Application for admission to the college must be made on the prescribed form available in the information office.
A student must deposit his fee in the Bank (through challan) by the 10th of each month, if 10th of the month is happened to be a Sunday or a public holiday then the fee can be deposited on 11th of the month.
If student fails to deposit fee of two consecutive months his/her admission will stand cancelled.
Fee for the month of July and June will be charged in the challan of Jan and Feb respectively.
Note: If computer taken in IX class, will have to take (P.E) or Submit IX Bio pass certificate of IX class from B.I.S.E. For admission in (P.M).
- The college reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate without assigning any reason.
The College admission form on the college website is only a specimen not more than that, the admission form will only be available at college, just after qualifying the college admission test and interview.

- Fee once deposited is not refundable, except security fee.
